JEB JONES is an American furniture designer with a studio located in upstate New York. His furniture designs are distinguished by simple geometric forms, traditional construction methods, hand-tooled surfaces and hand finishing. Only select, sustainable hardwoods are used in the construction of each piece. The hand-painted, hand-rubbed opaque finishes and clear coats are all VOC-free and environmentally safe. Sawn with smooth top.

Artist and designer John Eric Byers has been honored with numerous awards and grants, such as a Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award and two New York Foundation of the Arts Awards. In addition, his one-of-a-kind designs are residing in the permanent collections of several national museums, including the Museum of Arts & Design in New York and the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C. In 2002, he was the first of his generation to be commissioned by Steinway & Sons to create a one-of-a-kind Model B Grand Piano for their Art Case Collection. In 2011, he will also be included in the Smithsonian's Archives of American Art's oral history program for his contributions as a leading American artist working with wood.
